By accessing, browsing, or purchasing sports gear and athletic equipment from Hypervertual ("we", "our", "us"), accessible via https://www.hypervertual.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Guest Checkout & Order Acceptance

Hypervertual offers a streamlined guest checkout process with no forced account creation. When submitting an order for our sports footwear, athletic apparel, or fitness gear, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
• All provided billing and physical delivery information (name, email, phone number, address) is complete, accurate, and current.
• You are authorized to use the credit card or payment method provided at checkout.

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Hypervertual reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities at any time prior to shipping in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen stock exhaustion.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices on Hypervertual are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price alterations will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. with bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store or capture raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. By completing an order, you authorize Hypervertual and Stripe to charge the specified total amount, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policies

We dispatch sports merchandise promptly from our partner logistics centers across the United States. Quoted delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier routing, weather disruptions, or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated tracking link. Title and risk of loss for items transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. Orders over $75.00 qualify for Free Standard US Shipping.

5. Sports Equipment Safety & Proper Use

Engaging in physical fitness, strength conditioning, endurance running, and ball sports carries inherent physical risks. Users are strongly advised to consult a physician before starting any strenuous exercise program.

All Hypervertual fitness gear, dumbbells, resistance bands, cycling helmets, and athletic wear must be inspected prior to each use and used strictly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Hypervertual is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper assembly, reckless handling, or failure to follow exercise safety protocols.

6. 30-Day Returns & Refunds

We stand firmly behind our sports gear with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Unworn footwear with tags attached, unopened fitness accessories, and defective products may be returned pursuant to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, graphics, text, product photography, and user interface designs on this site are the exclusive property of Hypervertual and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
